REVA and AE Energy – joint venture in the automotive sector
With concentrated energy, the joint venture partners REVA and AE Advanced Electronics Energy, China, are pressing ahead with basic research, development as well as production of battery systems for electric vehicles.
New production with TS 16949 certification in Wernau
Construction of a new REVA administration and production location in Wernau near Stuttgart commenced in March 2012. An investment of more than 1.7 million euro will create 580 m² of office space and a total of 960 m² of manufacturing space.

Fully in line with the motto of the eCarTec 2010 in Munich "Join the eMobility Revolution!", the REVA trade fair booth was of course also devoted to electromobility. An absolute highlight at the trade fair booth was an eBike that caused a stir not only with regard to storage and drive technology.
